immediately. cops dragging a couple guys off each other. another guy comes flying in. the lady continuing to swing with her baton with the cop standing right there. >> who brings a sling shot to a fight? >> let's get them. >> whose idea is that >> i have to wonder if it had something to do withhe hses to try to hit the other horse with a sling shot. >> you could kill somebody doing that. >> the ironic part of this the video captured by the rspca looking out for potential animal cruelty and instead caught this human cruelty. >> what was human cruelty, i saw booty crack. >> in all six people did come forward and admit their guilt in this incident. different levels of fines were levied against these guys. >> dummies. >> about to say the same thing. i have a feeling the babies and small children of the town

butter him up. >> he ain't going to get out. >> guess what? who comes next. why not the firemen. they're trying to just shimmy that swing down, nothing is working. >> how did you get in there? >> you see eventually they bust out the tools here. bolt cutters and all kinds of stuff. it took them 30 minutes to get shawn out of this thing. we don't actually see it because shawn's buddy's camera died at the last minute. looks like he's in a lot of pain at the end as they're trying to get him out. they undid a bolt, able to slip him out. they did fix the swing. maybe the angry mob of babies and small children can cool it for the time being. i'm calling this somebody saw you. we start in moscow at a petrol station, a gas station. a man paying for his gas. you can see he's getting into the driver's side. there's somebody who works at the gas station. driver gets back in.

notice this other car that drove up. the other car backs up and somebody gets out of the back seat. boom. quick as can be, that person reached in an open window, grabbed a bag out of the other driver's car and drove off. >> how did he know there was a bag in that guy's car? >> how did they know there was anything of value on that seat? could have been garbage. >> the driver told the authorities the only thing in that bag were keys and documents. there was no cash in there. apparently maybe this person thought there might be. there's one thing i hate is when people liter. it makes the whole community look bad and three men were caught on video in the uk dumping trash. some council members there are upset because they say they were only given fines worth about 360 american dollars and they're thinking they should be fined a little more than that. they were given additional fines for having to get the stuff cleaned up. one councilman said this was,

quote, not a proper deterrent the small fines they got because he says you have to really make people pay for it. he thinks they were too lenient on the guys. >> do you know how they got this video? looks like somebody is staking out this spot? is this a common spot for trash? >> this was part of operation pandora where they targeted people who were littering because they say they're spending thousands and thousands of dollars cleaning up for people who leave trash like this. one guy was caught not only dumping trash, he was defecating which was not shown on video. >> gross. >> when people have a crush on a celebrity they often go to youtube to try to reach out to them. it has worked before and i've got to say, this guy, chase friedman, he does it with a lot of style. >> my name is friedman, chase friedman. i know what you're thinking. nice to meet me. >> wow. >> he has a sense of humor. >> people said i should ask a

an australian woman escaped this car fire just seconds before it could have taken her life. according to officials that car caught fire meters after she had gotten into it. she changed gears and heard a pop. she was able to get the car to the side of the road but watch what happens. you see the tires blow. the battery blows. she's on the other side of the street just terrified because that is her friend's car she's

driving. she's driving down the street and it's on fire underneath. >> like a rolling fire bomb. >> explain that to your friend who you borrowed the car from. >> luckily the experts explained it was not her fault. they believe there was a mechanical failure in the fuel line where there was gas leaking because that was gas you saw leaking and on fire as she was driving down the street. lucky for her she managed to get out of that car in time to save her life so she wasn't left with any burns but she was shaken up as anybody would be. that car fire in australia to this one in chicago. a filmmaker had left the show when he caught this. just seconds after the camera starts rolling he catches this car fire and explosion. he says he called 911 first but watch what's happening above. that's the cta line going over that fire. that's right underneath the train tracks. but the train not harmed in this. no word on if any of the equipment was damaged. but he said firefighters were able to get there pretty quickly
